I did not have breakfast. I liked the location: central; very close to different metro stations; no traffic and quiet
There was a problem wih the key room

As I was travelling from Blois to Paris the station is Paris Austerlitz. The best price for such a stay was Citadines Austerlitz I found the staff very professional the room want I wanted clean the size and well appointed. The location was a pleasent surprise. If in Paris again I would most certainly stay at Citidanes Austerltz. Regards.

The reception staff were great. The young lady (unfortunately I forgot to get her name) was very helpful, knowledgable, friendly and cheerful which made our stay very pleasant. Another lady (older) was also very very helpful even though we had to work hard at understanding each other, she was able to help us with what we needed. It was also very convenient to have the supermarket just around the corner. All in all it was a good experience for my first trip to Paris.
Not really anything I don't like but would have like to be closer to more restaurants.

Perfect hotel in a magnificent location with particularly nice views of a garden. The staff are lovely and great, managing the onsite parking. The room is clean and ideal, with a lovely bed and pillows. Conveniently located near a subway station. the hotel is perfectly situated in a stunning location with beautiful views of a garden. the staff were so friendly and efficient, taking care of the parking on-site. the room was spotlessly clean and just right, with a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows, making it a relaxing stay. Plus, it was super convenient being near a subway station, making it easy to get around the city.

The cooking facilities were a great plus, good way to save some money you money by doing your own cooking. Recommended some great non touristy areas to taste the local food, staff were helpful.
An air conditioner would be great, room was wife stuffy.

There was no staff in the evening and I had problems opening the front door with my key card. The room was clean, but poor. There was a strange smell in the kitchen. One of the two lamps were broken.

Having a good-sized room with a lovely king-size bed. A very pleasant change from pokey hotel rooms with something that might pass as a double bed if you're feeling generous.
The squeaky lift door. A sharp, piercing sound every time the lift door opened, that I could hear all the way up the corridor. I did mention it to a couple of different staff. They said they'd call the engineer, but it didn't get fixed during my stay.
